Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our business and our use of international suppliers, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, including incorrect sizing, colour preferences, or personal preference.
We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing guides, and images before placing an order.
Sale Items
All sale items, discounted items, and promotional purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Once assessed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
Missing or Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in locating your parcel. Refunds will only be considered once tracking confirms the item is lost.
Return Shipping
Due to our suppliers being located internationally, customers are not required to return items unless specifically requested. Return shipping costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
